- Glazing Types (single/dual pane, metal/wood/vinyl/frames, U-values if other than standard glass).

- Demolition floor plans showing existing walls to be covered by addition.
- Existing windows to remain or be replaced (marked on plan or by elevations to scale).

- Proposed Floor Plan (if separate from demo plan) with North Arrow.

- Sections or written information about the Floor Type and Ceiling / Wall Heights.
